6- Remove the mould from the fridge and carefully pour the dark
chocolate layer over the biscuit base.
7- Put it in the fridge to set.
8- Bring 250 millilitres of cream to the boil, with 250 millilitres of milk and 50 grams of sugar.
9- Add the milk chocolate and stir until it melts.
10- Add another packet of curd and stir until it boils for a couple of minutes.
11- Pour very carefully over the previous layer and put it back in the fridge.
12- Bring 250 millilitres of cream to the boil, with 250 millilitres of milk.
13- Add the white chocolate and stir until it melts.
14- Add the last packet of curd and stir until it boils for a couple of minutes.
15- Pour over the previous layer and leave in the fridge for a few hours until the cake is set.
16- Once the cake is set, remove it from the mould and decorate with whatever you like, or serve as is.
