Tortilla bread or saj bread (or any soft bread)
300 grams of chicken or meat cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Fried potatoes (frites)
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Chopped vegetables (such as tomatoes and lettuce as desired)
Preparation method:
Prepare the white sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, add the minced garlic and lemon juice.
Season with salt, black pepper and aromatic herbs if you prefer.
Mix the ingredients well and refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare the meat or chicken:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken or meat pieces, then sprinkle with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Stir until the meat or chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
Prepare the tacos:
Slightly heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft and easy to fold.
Pace a few French fries on top.
Add a layer of cooked chicken or meat.
Top with white sauce and chopped veggies if you prefer.
Add cheese, then roll up the tacos tightly like a sandwich.
Toasting the Tacos :
In a hot skillet without oil, brown the tacos on both sides for a few minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.
You can add ingredients to your taste such as mushrooms, olives, or even hot sauce if you prefer spicy food.
Serve tacos hot with a side sauce such as ketchup or barbecue sauce. Enjoy!
