Profiteroles with pastry cream and whipped cream


3- Put the dough back in the heat and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the dough comes out of the edges.
4- Let the dough cool for a few minutes. Then add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition until you get a smooth and shiny dough.
5- With some pastry, form small balls on a baking tray lined with vegetable paper.
6- Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.

Prepare the pastry cream:
1- In a bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar until well combined.
2- Add the flour and mix well.
3- Heat the milk over medium heat and when it is warm, pour it slowly over the yolk mixture, stirring constantly.
4- Return the mixture to the heat, stirring until it thickens. Remove and let cool.

Prepare the whipped cream:
1- Beat the cream with the sugar until soft peaks form.
