Soft serve ice cream is one of my favorite summer treats, and I was excited to try the pineapple version. Pineapple soft serve ice cream was easy to make, and the soft serve was great!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 8 ounces frozen whipped cream (like cold whipped cream)
- 3 tablespoons honey or 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
How to Make Soft Serve Pineapple Ice Cream at Home:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well combined.
If the mixture is too runny, add 1/4 cup ice and continue blending.
To make the mixture more like whipped cream, transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a star tip and pipe into cups.
