  • 3 c. mashed potatoes
  • Panko breadcrumbs as needed
  • 3 c. stuffing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make leftover turkey stuffing balls:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey, and salt and pepper to taste.

If the mixture doesn’t hold together well on its own, add Japanese breadcrumbs as needed.

Make the mixture into even-sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
