- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup butter, cut into cubes, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
Mix the cut butter into small pieces with the dry mixture until crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the pan as a base.
Combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in another bowl, then add the vanilla and mix.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the base, then sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
Crumble the remaining flour mixture over the chips.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden, then let cool on a rack.
