  • 1 clove of minced garlic

Instructions:

Fill a pot with hot water and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Place the broccoli florets in the salted water and let soak for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat a little olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
