Ingredients:
- Tangerines, peeled and sliced
- Kiwi, peeled and sliced
- Persian, peeled and sliced
- Grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- Apples, cored and sliced
- Bananas, peeled and sliced
- 8 g agar
- 50 ml water
- 350 ml milk
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 g sour cream or yogurt
Instructions:
Prepare the fruit: Place the tangerine, kiwi, persimmon, grapefruit, apple and banana slices on individual plates or in a large bowl.
Prepare the agar-agar mixture: In a small saucepan, combine the agar-agar with 50ml of water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, then heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Mix the milk mixture: In a separate saucepan, gently heat the milk and condensed milk together, just enough to gently combine. Do not boil. Once the milk is hot, add the dissolved agar-agar mixture. Mix well to ensure everything is completely combined.
Mix with the sour cream or yogurt: Remove the milk mixture from the heat. If using yogurt, make sure it is at room temperature to prevent it from curdling.
Stir the sour cream or yogurt into the milk mixture until smooth.
Assemble the dessert: Pour the milk and yogurt mixture over the arranged fruits and let set, then refrigerate for at least an hour to set completely.
Serve:
Once fully cooked, serve the dessert cold. Garnish with more fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey for a sweeter touch.
