Bring fresh fruits, wash them well and cut them into equal pieces, try to cut them into thin slices so you can dry them faster.

If you are drying non-acidic fruits, immerse them in orange or lemon juice diluted with water for several minutes, because vitamin C prevents the fruit from turning brown, and you can also steam the fruits for a while to speed up the process.

Arrange the fruit slices in a single layer on a tray and place parchment paper or a piece of cotton cloth underneath, making sure to leave space
