Place the remaining potato slices and drizzle with the remaining cheese sauce.
Remove the foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 25 to 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bright.
A few minutes before serving, let the grated potatoes cool.
