Ingredients:
80 ml of milk
60 ml of vegetable oil
70 g of flour
10 g of cocoa powder
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
70 g of sugar
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the milk, oil, flour and egg yolks. Divide into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second portion.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with salt, lemon juice and sugar.
- Divide into two portions of white and dark mixture.
