If this isn’t Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding recipe, it isn’t banana pudding! Bananas, instant French vanilla pudding, sweetened condensed milk, whipped cream, cream cheese, and cake are used in this recipe. Now you can relax.
Ingredients:
- 2 bags of Pepper Edge Farm Cheesman cookies or 2 bags of vanilla cookies
- 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (5 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen and thawed whipped cream, or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream
How to Make Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding:
Line the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with one bag of cookies and top with a layer of bananas.
Bowl 1- Combine milk and pudding mixture and mix well using an electric hand mixer.
Bowl 2- Combine cream cheese and condensed milk together and mix until smooth.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Add cream cheese mixture to pudding mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour mixture over biscuits and bananas and top with remaining biscuits.
Refrigerate until ready to serve!
