Ingredients:
- Cheese – 350 g;
- Sour cream – 100 g;
- Water – 100 ml
- Dried cranberries – 70 g;
- Plum compote – 100 g;
- Dried apricots – 100 g;
- Walnuts – 100 g;
- Hazelnuts – 100 g;
- Gelatin – 20 g.
Preparation:
Put dried apricots, dried cranberries and dried prunes in separate dishes. Pour boiling water over them. Rinse and drain excess water. Put the ingredients on a cloth. Wait a while and chop finely.
