- 2 egg yolks
- 200 ml milk (~3 ⁄4 cups)
- 40 g sugar (~3 tablespoons)
- 20 g flour (~2 tablespoons)
Whipped cream ingredients: - 150 ml whipping cream (~2 ⁄3 cups)
- 15 g sugar (~1 tablespoon)
Instructions:
