Ingredients

150 grams of dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate
100 grams of sugar
750 milliliters of whipping cream or heavy cream
750 milliliters of milk
3 packets of curd
200 grams of Maria biscuits
100 grams of butter

Preparation

1- Crush the biscuits with a mortar and add the butter previously melted in the microwave.

2-Cover the base of a removable mould with the mixture of biscuits and butter; and set aside in the fridge.

3- Bring 250 milliliters of cream to the boil, with 250 milliliters of milk and 50 grams of sugar.

4- Add the dark chocolate and stir until it melts.

5- Add a packet of curd and stir until it boils for a couple of minutes.
