These trifles are a no-bake dream come true! Layers of rich peanut butter cheesecake, chocolate whipped cream, and delicious Reese’s Pieces make this dessert the perfect treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
For the Peanut Butter Cheesecake Layers:
12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 tablespoons milk
For the Chocolate Whipped Cream and Filling:
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 12 ounce bag Reese’s Minis, chopped
Chocolate Sauce
Directions:
1- Cheesecake Layer:
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk, and mix until well combined. Set aside.
2- Chocolate Whipped Cream:
In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar until peaks form.
3- Trifle Layer:
Spoon or pipe an even layer of peanut butter cheesecake into the bottom of each serving glass.
4- Add Reese’s Chocolate Sauce:
Top cheesecake layer with 3-4 chopped Reese’s minis and drizzle chocolate sauce over them.
5- Whipped Cream Layer:
Add a layer of chocolate whipped cream over chocolate sauce.
6- Repeat Layers:
Repeat with another layer of peanut butter cheesecake, chopped Reese’s, and drizzle of chocolate sauce.
7- Finish Whipped Cream:
Top trifle with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with halved Reese’s minis.
