Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 (16 oz) can refried beans (I used the kind with chili)
2-3 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped black olives
4 chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning to ground beef according to package directions
Roll crescent rolls into rectangles. Place on ungreased 11 1/2″ x 16 1/2″ baking sheet or cookie sheet.
Press dough into bottom and sides by 1/2″ to create crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
Place beans in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute.
Carefully spread beans over warm crust to create a thin layer.
Top with cooked meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese, then tomatoes, black olives and green onions.
Return to oven for another 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately. Makes 12 main courses or 48 appetizers.
