Ingredients:
- 750 ml (3 ¼ cups) water
- 10 g (1 tablespoon) vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 50 g (3.5 tablespoons) butter

In a medium-sized saucepan, pour 750 ml of water.
Add 10 g vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of salt, and 50 g butter.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all the ingredients are dissolved and the butter is melted.
- Add the flour:
Without removing the saucepan from the heat, gradually add 200 g of flour to the mixture. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon to ensure that the flour is mixed smoothly without lumps.
Continue stirring until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan and a smooth, homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the eggs:
Remove the dough from the heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Leave to cool for a few minutes so the eggs don’t cook immediately after adding them.
Once it has cooled slightly, add two eggs to the dough, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and well combined.
- Shape the dough:
