Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons flour.
- 2 eggs at room temperature
- 7 tablespoons sugar.
- 6 tablespoons oil.
- 7 tablespoons liquid milk.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1 packet vanilla.
- 1 tablespoon starch.
Filling:
Jam (preferred type).
Decoration:
- Chantilly cream
- Chocolate
How to prepare:
First, we turn on the oven to heat up before placing the cake inside to bake.
Then we bring a large bowl and put the eggs and vanilla and beat the eggs separately with an electric mixer or in a blender until the eggs turn light.
We add the sugar and oil and beat them well with the eggs until they mix and the sugar dissolves.
Then we add the milk and beat the ingredients for at least 5 minutes.
Then we bring a large bowl and sift the flour inside it, the starch, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Mix these dry ingredients together well.
Then gradually add the flour to the egg mixture while stirring continuously until they mix and the trace of flour disappears with the mixture.
We bring the oven tray and distribute a little ghee or oil inside it with a brush.
Then pour the Nighty cake mixture into the tray and level the surface.
After that, we put the tray in the hot oven on the middle rack for 10 minutes until it takes a golden color from the bottom.
The Nighty cake is not very high like a regular cake.
Then we take the tray out of the oven and leave it until it cools completely, then we divide the cake in half.
We distribute the jam on the cake, then we place the second part of the cake on it and cut it into equal pieces and decorate with Chantilly cream or chocolate as shown in the pictures
