Ingredients:
Potatoes 600g
Salt
Boiling water
Parmesan 50g
Black pepper
Breadcrumbs
Olive oil
Fresh bacon (thinly sliced) 350g
Directions:
- Cut the potatoes into slices and place in a bowl with salt and boiling water, cover for 30 minutes.
- Mix the parmesan, pepper and breadcrumbs.
- Season the potatoes with oil and then dip them in the breadcrumbs.
- Wrap the bacon slices around the potatoes.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
