Homemade Garlic Cheese Bread

This garlic cheese bread is so easy to make and tastes amazing! It takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish and goes great with your favorite soups and salads.

You can even serve it on its own with a small bowl of marinara sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz.) package prepared pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Garlic Cheese Bread at Home:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine butter and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.

Spread pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with butter and garlic mixture.

Sprinkle cheese and seasonings evenly over dough.

Using a pizza cutter, cut dough into sticks (7 long strips and 3 wide strips). Do not separate the slices.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown.

Re-cut each slice lengthwise and remove from the baking sheet.

Serve the sticks warm with marinara sauce.
