Ingredients:
- 200g oats
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 grated apple
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 apples, sliced
- 50ml water
- 40g raisins
- A sliced apple for garnish
- Almond flakes for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine the oats, salt and baking powder. Add the grated apple, eggs, avocado oil, water and raisins. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
Prepare the dish: Grease a round baking tray with a little avocado oil to prevent it from sticking. Pour the oat mixture into the tray and spread it evenly.
Add the ingredients: Place the apple slices on top of the mixture. Sprinkle the almond flakes on top for extra crunch and flavour.
