Large chocolate with cream filling

Imagine a large piece of chocolate, with a smooth texture and a seductive shine that catches the eye at first glance. When you gently break it, you find inside a silky smooth cream that melts in your mouth like a cloud of sweetness.

Ingredients:

500 grams of couverture chocolate (dark or milk)
200 grams of milk cream
200 grams of chopped white chocolate
2 tablespoons of butter

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate to decorate in a double boiler or in the microwave.

Put a layer of melted chocolate in large chocolate molds, covering the walls well. Place in the freezer until solid.

To prepare the cream filling, heat the heavy cream in a saucepan and add the chopped white chocolate and butter. Stir until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

Leave it to cool slightly and fill the chocolate molds with the cream mixture.

Cover the filling with another layer of melted chocolate and place back in the fridge until it sets.
