No-Bake Banana Dulce de Leche Mousse Cake

This delicious no-bake dessert features layers of dulce de leche mousse, fresh bananas, and banana pudding mousse, all on a buttery Nilla wafer crust. It’s perfect for any occasion when you want a rich, easy-to-make dessert!

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Nilla wafers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the mousse:

  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream, divided
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. white chocolate, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ¼ cup dulce de leche
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced


For the pudding layer:

  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon instant banana pudding mix

For the topping:

  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • dulce de leche (for garnish)

Directions:

Make the crust:

Prepare the pan: Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray, then wipe off excess.
Crush the cookies: Reserve 5 nila chips for garnish. Crush the rest into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender.

Mix and press: Stir the melted butter into the crumbs until just combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan to form a thick crust. Refrigerate while you prepare the mousse.
